Special Activities: Event and Fields Processes

Event Process

“Special Activities: Event and Fields Processes” refers to visitors who wish to use FPDCC property to host sport activities, such as baseball, football, rubgy or soccer, or those who would like to hold a one time event in the FPDCC. Special Activity Permits are required for these requests. The application for these permits is available here in Adobe® Acrobat™ PDF format for the public to download and print.

Clean-Up Projects

Interested in doing a service project or volunteer work? Contact the District’s Maintenance Department to coordinate a clean-up project. It’s great for a Boy Scout or Girl Scout Service Project! A Special Activity FIELD Application (see below) must be submitted for service projects in the FPDCC. Please visit our Clean-Up Projects page for more information...

Day Camps

The FPDCC permits outside organizations to hold day camps on Forest Preserve grounds. Please visit our Day Camps page for more information...

Special Activities — EVENT Permits

Permits will be issued by seasons:

SPRING: MARCH - APRIL - MAY
SUMMER: JUNE - JULY - AUGUST
FALL: SEPTEMBER - OCTOBER - NOVEMBER
