Forest Preserve District of Cook County naturalists are available to work hand in hand with teachers to bring environmental education into the classroom. A wide range of opportunities exist for teachers of all grades and subject areas to incorporate environmental education into their curricula and meet state goal requirements.

These opportunities include free hands-on in classroom Getting in Touch with Nature programs, field trips, teacher workshops at the Nature Centers, natural materials available on loan, and college accredited programs at Camp Sagawau Environmental Education Center. Make nature a part of your classroom.
