Outreach Programs

The educational message of the Forest Preserve District of Cook County reaches many different people at public and private events throughout Cook County. Bring nature’s lessons out of the forest and into your community. See how we can enhance your next meeting with slide shows and presentations. Teachers and group leaders, check out the Getting In Touch With Nature programs. Ask a Naturalist to participate in your science or career fair to encourage young people to enter the field of conservation. Invite us to exhibit at special events to provide useful information about the forest preserves to both resident and visitors form other areas.
